What Could Be The Reason For Having Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Fever?

I just had MRI yesterday and have a significant herniated disc at C6-C7 that is laying on nerve root 7. I ask have herniation of C5-C6 that effaces CFS space. My entire left arm from shoulder blend is completely numb and I'm in tremendous pain. Is surgical correction necessary

With the severity of pain you're having and the significant findings on MRI, I would say that surgical correction is your best option at this point. You could wait and see if it eventually heals up, but that could take weeks and it's possible things could get worse. Your headline question asks about abdominal pain, vomiting and fever. I don't know how that relates to your C-spine question without further information, unless that was an error. Severe pain might be associated with nausea and vomiting, but generally not fevers.
