What Could Be The Reason For Having Diarrhea, Nausea, Tiredness, Burning Skin And Pain In Ribs?

My skin has been burning for the last week. I have no rash. It's been hurting on my left side of the ribs and back side. It's worse today. I have diarrhea, nausea, and tiredness for the last 2 weeks off and on. I don't want to go to ER and for them to,tell me nothing's wrong.

it may just because of electrolyte disbalance..so take plenty. of fluids and take proper medications for controlling diarrhoea.take a blood sugar test if its not controlled after this
