Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The tarsal pain appears to be the arthritis of the foot bones, and may get relief by consulting an orthopedic surgeon.
The smell of the urine , head ache, and stomach pain are related to the urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms prescibe cifixime, mefenamic acid, and dicyclomine hydrochloride.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
