What Could Be The Reason For Loose Stools And Gastritis With Foul Smell?

Hi I have been having loose bowels for the past month. It's not diarrhea all the time. That's intermittent. I have not been eating beans. But I have been passing quite a bit of gas that are pretty foul smelling. Also I am not sure where my lymph nodes are at my neck. Nothing feels swollen.

With a recent bout of flu and cough with green/yellow phlegm and some loss of voice.

Could this be ARS? Could I have gotten AIDs?

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Probably you have developed some GIT infection.
Stool culture report will be helpful in getting the exact bug causing the problem,and accordingly one can take some GIT specific medicine to get the symptoms releived.
Ciprofloxacin is the good antibiotic to be taken imperically , (if you do not want to go for stool culture).
For mild flu you can take a course of antihistaminic decongestant drug along with the steam inhalation.
I do not thing that you have developed AIDS but if you are still worried then please contact the local AIDS counselling centre .
