What Could Be The Reason For Slight, Frequent Dizziness After Following Healthy Lifestyle?

I have been slightly dizzy on a daily basis, sometimes made worse after eating, had bloodwork done and all labs came back normal. It does not affect me to the point of missing work, I just try to shake it off or ignore it and keep going about my day. It s getting annoying as I ve tried diet adjustments, and have started exercising. I don t intake caffine, no smoking, very infrequent drinks (maybe 1 a month), keep sugar at a minimum..Any thoughts?

Hello,
There are plenty of causes for dizziness. some common causes are
1. Low blood pressure
2. High blood pressure
3. Dehydration
4. Medications
5. Postural or orthostatic hypotension
6. Diabetes, Endocrine disorders
7. Hyperventilation
8. Heart conditions
9. Vasovagal syncope.
Please answer my following questions. so that i can evaluate analyse the cause for your dizziness
1. Is it related to changing positions quickly?"
2. "Does it resolve on its own or does the patient have to do something, like lie down to make it better?"
3. "Does turning the head bring on the symptoms? Do they resolve when the patient is very still?"
4. "Is there associated hearing loss or ringing in the ears?"

You may be suffering from any inner ear or vestibular disorder.
The dizziness could be due to Benign Paroxysmsal Positional vertigo.
It can be treated with simple manure like epley's and semont's manure for 4 to 8 weeks.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for the giddy ness may be the infection of the internal ear, ischemia of the brain, hypertension, diabetes, or gastric irritation.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
If the giddyness is in a particular posture, like turning to one side, it may be due to the problem in the internal ear.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have C.T.scan besides other tests.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
