What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Appearance Of Rash On A 3 Year Old Child?

Hello - my son woke up today with a generalized rash. He is 3 1/2, It is raised in some areas, spotty in others. No fevers, not itching it. He is relatively up to date with immuniztions, although he has not had his MMR, however, it doesn t look like that or chicken pox.

Viral exentmas are quite common in this season of feb and march.
Child may develop some features of viral infection like mild fever or cold.
Need not to worry much.
Some antihistamines and antipyretics may be required.
