What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Cramps And Nausea?
I took 3 tablespoons of Orange smoothie Metamucil amout 6PM Sun. By midnight, I had bad stomach cramps and nauseous. As night wore on, SEVERE PAIN that I nearly called 911, and I also started profusely vomiting. FINALLY able to get out of bed feelings a bit better by 2PM. Still no BM, though. WHAT HAPPENED to me?!? Thank you for your help!

constipation along with indigestion or gastroenteritis may be the cause for your current problem.
