What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Sore Throat, Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue, Runny Nose With Hot And Cold Sweats?

my fiance has been sick since yesterday morning which started with a sever sore throat. later he started having shortness of breath, no energy hardly at all, gas, runny nose, hot and cold sweats. he is 32 with no major ailments or diseases. he is in shape and overall healthy.

Hello,
Thank you for the post on HCM.
I have gone through your fiances history. all the symptoms are in favor of acute viral infection.
I would have advised him
1. Oral Antiboitics for 5 days
2. Oral Antihistaminics
3.Mouth Gargling with chlorhexidene mouth wash
4.Oral Analgesics and Antipyretics.
He will feel good with this advise. He may require another 2-3 days to show improvement.
