What Could Be The Reason For The Soft Stools Like That Of Infant And Should I Consult A Gastroenterologist?
Yes, I am very concerned with the change in my bowel movements: I have very, very soft stool-like that of an infant. I sometimes use adult diapers. It is very embarassing and it prevents me from going out. I have been unable to find the cause and am seeking advice of a gastrointerologist. Any comments?

Hi...it all depends upon what you are eating...take more of fiber rich foods like whole cereals, fruits, green vegetables... take a course of preprobiotics...it should solve your problem...
