What Could Bladder Incontinence In A Teenager Like Me?
I'm a 17 year old girl and I've never had a child. Throughout the day I pee myself a little bit, all the time. I could sneeze and then I pee myself, or I could be laughing and pee myself. Or I could just be walking and I per myself. I don't know why this is happening. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,
Peeing while you laugh or cough could be related to pressure on your pelvis. Having urine incontinence is caused by this pressure.
I'd suggest to train yourself in the toilet (kegel's exercise) to help stregthen the muscles of your pelvis.
Do not strain too much when coughing or laughing.
If no improvement, can consult urologist to examine locally your pelvis floor and prescribe further treatment.
