What Could Brown Crumby Bits In Urine With White And Brown Vaginal Discharge With Tiny Stringy Bits And Itchy Body Be?

Hi, I seem to have brown 'crumby' type bits in my urine, but I'm not sure if it's actually from my vagina, as I seem to have white discharge with a very slight brownish colour, with tiny stringy bits to it. I the last few days I have been itchy all my body over with no rash, it feels like my blood is boiling.
My husband and I are trying for a baby.
Do you have any idea why I would be getting these symptoms? Thank you.

Hello,

A urine routine investigation will be required to rule out urinary tract infection also I would suggest you to have clotrimazole suppositories at night for 6 days , if symptoms dont reduce u have to do a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen.
