What Could Cause A Bruise On The Lower Right Abdomen Between Naval And Hip Bone?

I have a light bruise on my lower right abdomen, centered diagonally between my navel and hip bone. It feels sore to the touch and may have a small lump. Looks as though my veins are connected to the bruise and there is also a small red pin prick type of sore. What could this be?

In my opinion this is inguinal hernia
i recommend you see an internal medicide doctor before it does any complications or increase
