What Could Cause Acute Finger Pain?

I am an active 71 year old and normally play golf 2 to 3 times a week. 3 weeks ago during a round, I suffered acute pain in the first two fingers of my left hand and could not continue playing I am 6ft 1 and in good health. What remedy do you suggest please? Regards John Marooney

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like arthritis and cellulitis.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
