What Could Cause Anal Pruritis And Haemmorhoids?

I am 48, for the last 2 years I have been working a desk job 12-17 hour days many until 2am and then up at 5.30am again. I am very tired and now I have bowel problems constiption, dry itchy skin all over and a sore throat. I eat good food, lots of vegetables. I had a hernia fixed last year (too much pushing) I'm now wondering if i have something more serious. I have developed anal pruritis and haemmorhoids. I don't smoke or drink.

Dear pruritis around anal region may be due to infection leads to inflammation and itching. Pin worm and ring worm infection may cause pruritis. Bleeding from Haemorrhoids may cause irritation and pruritis, if hygiene not good may cause same problem. Some time Idiopathic conditions like Idiopathic pruritis ani cause same problem. Cloths around the anus may cause irritation. Wear loose clothes, maintain good hygiene. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
