What Could Cause Blood In Stool?

i am a healthy 29 yo male with no history of anything disease related, no family history of anything i can think of pertinent to this symptom, which is last night just before going to bed i felt i needed to defecate, but it only ended up being a lot of flatulence. the problem is that a spot of blood came out, maybe equivalent to 3-5cc. the only thing different in my diet is that the last 2 days i had bread for lunch (normally i eat only veggies and fruits, some protein and some fats, occasionally whole grain like quinoa). is this something i should be concerned about?
