Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The weakness is supposed to be due to the infection in the intestine, or bleeding in the intestine, due to infection or some other reason.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, and infusion of fluids.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
