What Could Cause Delayed Periods While Being On Phentermine Capsule For Losing Weight?

hello i ahve been on phentermine 15 capsule since 3 weeks it is time of my perios but i have a very bad been without getting it is late now 4 days and dont have even a boy friend to touch me...i am 38 years old and got this meicaiton to loss wieght but i have been on levothyroxin 125 for my thyrod ...do you thing that s why am getting this pain in my stomic lower back...i dont know id just dont feel normal and am always getting my preiod on time...do i have to go back to my doctor?

Hi,

Periods can be influenced by the levels of different hormones in the body.

Physical or emotional stress, change in diet or activity, medication, thyroid disease or high levels of a hormone called prolactin - can all affect the period.

You can consider using medication to help ease your pain and monitor for now but if there is worsening or you are still concerned, then you should be seen.
