What Could Cause Diarrhea,anal Leakage,bloating And Itching Hemoroids?

Good Day Had food poisoning when I was 16 yeas old, I am 42 now. Have had diarrhea annal leakage and itiching hemoroids and bloating in the ensuing years chronically. Non stop actually. Now I have be dx with ITP. Is there a correlation between these conditions. I am physical active and eat a vegetarian , do not drink or smoke.

hello,
1) there is no correlation between ITP and diarrhea.
2) uncontrollable anal discharge + itching suggest possibility of anal fistula. In this condition there is abnormal communication between skin and anal canal which produces uncontrolled discharge per anum. Simetimes minute episode of bleeding also occur inside fistula.
3) Only treatment for fistula is surgery. Medical treatment has only role in control of symptoms (itching, pain).
4) abdominal bloating suggests indigestion which has various causes but it doesn't cause uncontrolled anal discharge or itching at anal region. this condition require supplementation of digestive enzymes.
