What Could Cause Extreme Pain In Foot?

I think I broke my foot, it don t look bruised or anything though, on a 1 to 10 scale pain it s a 10. Well, I was laying on my foot fora good 45 min straight and I felt it getting hella numb, so I ignored it until I couldn t handle it...I got up to walk it off and I lost all balance and started to fall so I tried to catch myself 5 times and my foot cracked that many times and i dropped to the ground. I can t hardly walk on it...i dont know if I cracked a bone or what...I ve felt a lot of pain but never this!

Hello,

There are many reasons for pain that you are having like fracture arthritis tendinitis etc. I suggest you to go to hospital and make an X-ray examination to see what is going on because it isn't normal to be in such pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
