What Could Cause Irregular Bowel Movement Post C Section?

Hi, I had a c section 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to move my bowels. I've only been able o go maybe once a week since surgery. My last bowel movement showed a mucus like coating on my feces ( sorry gross I know) not sure what is. The cause of that.

I really appreciate your concern, first thing you need to do is eat in proper way take care in eating, else it is nothing to worry because it does not seems to the disease condition, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, mucus in stool could be due to exerting the force at the time of defecation hope this information helps.
