What Could Cause Pain During Penetration?

I have pain on my right side it comes and goes but can hurt during intercourse especially if his penetrating deep we have to stop and try a different position, and it hurts before I need to do a bowel movement too. What can it be I'm 31 and pretty healthy

I think you may have some connective tissue abnormality in penis like peyronie's disease. In that case you should get urself evaluated through a urologist and get urself penial doppler done. it would help to find out the cause.
