What Could Cause Pale Looking Bruise Feel On Legs?

Yesterday because I have a hip that bothers me I put a belt on that a cyropractor gave me some time ago. I was going to be walking at a fair for most of the day and wanted to help my hip to not hurt. About an hour or more into my walking around my legs started to feel really odd, almost like they were going to just buckle. I could not figure out why and just kept resting. One of the times we stopped to rest I lifted up my pant leg and my friend said is that belt to tight on you?, It looks like you are not getting circulation to your legs, they are sooo white. I removed the belt and the feeling went away. Last nigh and today my legs actually feel like it feels when you have a bruise. Will this go away. or do I have a big problem.? Thank you

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Such symptom can be caused by insufficient blood supply to the toes or nerve compression. If your feet get cold and pale with the numbness and the numbness goes away when you do stop walking, arterial problem (like arterosclerosis) is the most probable reason. You may have also calf pain with this issue.
If your feet are warm and do not get pale and you have back pain, spine disc problem is the most probable reason.
In case of arterial problem, please consult general surgeon at first.
If the numbness seems to be caused by spine problem, you should consult orthopedist.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
