What Could Cause Patches Of Bruising On Inner Leg?

I have small patches of bruises forming on my inner leg. I've had them before on my inner arm as well. Is this a sympton of something? Ordinarily I'd think it's just a bruise I forgot about but it's in a hard to reach spot I wouldn't have bumped on anything and the bruises are tiny like the size of an eraser.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern from the history given here the patches and bruise like lesion on the leg that you have found could be due to the hyper sensitive reaction of the skin, right now the best way is to wait for some time this would comer around, if this does not then you have to see the dermatologist , hope this information helps you, have nice day.
