What Could Cause Problem To Release The Fecal Matter?

I was in a car accident in July. Ever since then, I pee in my pants about twice a week, I only poop about once a week, even though I take two stool softeners a day and when I have an orgasm, it s excruciatingly painful in my anus. I literally feel like my rectum is coming out. I have to have surgery to repair a torn muscle in my left hip, but the Orthopedic doctor I m seeing says my hip injury is not related to the above. What could be wrong?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have some tear or herniation of the urinary bladder and rectum.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan for diagnosis.
To exclude the possibility of urinary tract infection, culture and sensitivity of the urine may be necesory.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have a resistance against the infections and to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
