What Could Cause Sleep Problems After Having Adenoids Out?

My 22 month old had her adenoids out, ear tubes placed, and a frenulectomy all at once right after Christmas. Since then she wakes up screaming at night and can only be consoled when I hold her. She is also very irritable during the day. It has been 3 weeks. Is it normal for her to to be having sleep problems and if so, how long do they usually last? Thank you.
