Hi welcome to HCM. I went through your query , i hope i can address your concerns.
Well there are two things firstly you had an episode of stomach upset relieved with flagyl. Now are having abdominal discomfort with constipation, altered stool if you manage to pass one and urinary symptoms with urgency, frequency and tingling sensation.
I would recommend you to get your Urine Examination done to rule out any infection causing increased frequency and may be abdominal symptoms.
Secondly get your diabetic profile done to rule out elevated sugar levels causing increased urination which may then lead to constipation.
Thirdly alternating loose motions with constipation and increased urinary frequency and mucous containing stool can point towards Irritable bowel syndrome. For that ESR, thyroid function tests and Anti TTG antibodies can come in very handy.
I hope it was helpful.
Wish you a good health.
