What Could Cause Stomach Discomfort, Stomach Rumblings Followed By Nausea And Bowel Movements, Recently Had Pneumonia?

I have pneumonia and lately my stomach has been upset and today it made this growling sound but it wasn't normal. It was almost like my ear was right in my stomach it was so loud and clear. I know it want cause I was hungry cause I had eaten about 30 minutes before but after this noise I got nauseous and I had to go to the bathroom very bad. I'm very puzzled.

Hi,I had read your query and according to me you are taking antibiotics for pneumonia.So,this is antibiotic associated symptom.So, you should take pre and pro biotic and PPI with these antibiotics. Do not worry for this problem.
