Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
You mention that he has not taken anything till almost 10.45AM. I feel it could be a hypoglycemic attack (Low sugar in blood) and it could have been caused by an early dinner and late breakfast and fasting in between.
I suggest next time this happens you give him a glass of glucose water and if he recovers immediately it is worth investigating for recurrent hypoglycemic episodes.
Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health. Dr. Sumanth MBBS., DCH., DNB (Paed).,
