It looks tome that you are having cervical spondilytis and there is pinch nerve in neck. I would suggest you to get neck x ray and it will tell us if there is every thing is normal with your neck .If there is positive sign of nerve compression i will suggest you following things
1. Avoid high pillow or keeping your neck in same position for long time.
2. Take pregabalin and methylcobalamine daily
3. Neck muscle physiotherpy
If your pain persist even after that then you can get MRI scan of neck.
