What Could Crusty Nose Be With Stiffness And Pain In Hips And Knee Along With Diminishes Vision?

Hello, I have several symptoms. Dry crust inside of nose that will not go away Pain/stiffness in knee and hips that cause intense pain when I attempt to get up from a sitting or kneeling position Eye sight has diminished quickly General fatigue and overall pain I have been given blood tests and told that my results looked normal but I feel absolutely horrible. Can you guide me in the right direction?

Stiff joints can be due to arthritis. There are arthritis which can affect vision also such as reiter. I would recommend you to check your esr, ra factor, and ana. This will give us some Idea about your disease. I would like you to suggest piroxicam tablet. And yes, please get your eye check up as well. You may need to take steroids well.
