What Could Have Caused Loose Bowels On The Plane?

my dad has just flown abroad. He went very clammy and pale on the plane. He has a pacercardio defibrillator in situ. He had loose bowels on the plane. His pulse rate was ok( my mother took it, she is a nurse) I wondered if it was a problem with his heart or something else? he feels better now

I really appreciate your concern, with the history or cardiac disease with pacemaker on high altitude it may cause some cardiac symptoms and care need to be taken for that such symptoms can not be taken as granted, but it should be taken seriously hope this information helps.
