What Could It Be If Having Nausea, Dizziness, Light Headedness, Diarrhea, And Cramping And PT Is Negative?
Hi, I have had non-stop nausea, dizziness, light headedness, diarrhea, and cramping for a week now. Just to be sure I took a pregnancy test which confirmed negative. My stomach has also been sensitive to the touch, any suggestions of what it could be?

whts ur last menstrual cycle date? if periods missed and u r having pain abdomen on touch even get ur B HCG levels in serum.however there would be less chances of this if patient herself describe this kind of symptoms but we need to rule out ectopic pregnancy. it can be mild gastroenteritis so antibiotics like ciproxin 500mg twice a day will help for 5 days but after excluding the above mentioned diagnosis. usg abdomen can also help in this regard
