What Could Loose Bloody Bowels With Diarrhea Suggest?

i took one of the co amoxiclav at 8am and by 9am i felt sick and dizzy. i began throwing up quite often and got really loose bowls, almost water like. i then noticed when i was throwing up there was little bits of blood not much, but my diahorreah is quite bright red, i think its also blood. 24 female
