What Could Loose Watery Stools With Mucus, Lack Of Appetite And Nausea Indicate?

I have had loose watery stools for a few months now sometimes with mucus always within ten mins of waking, I get a pain and need the loo there and then. I use to go only once in 5 days. I don't have an appetite and feel nauseas but have not been sick. I have had some weight loss during this time.

I really appreciate your concern, the condition could be due to chronic protozoa infection and it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for ten days, if the symptoms persist then it is advisable to send the stool for testing hope this information helps.
