General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Not every UTi will go to kidney and present very early, usually, it is highly neglected cases of ascending UTI which present as pyelonephritis.

My favor for the case and best recovery
- drink more liquids
- cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water
- raise intake of vitamin c content in diet
- genital hygiene
- avoid sex if active
- get prescription of urinary antibiotic as norfloxacin or else with your OBGY
- analgesic paracetamol tablet for primary burning and pain relief

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
