What Could Severe Pain In Head (on Leaning Forward) After Head Injury Indicate?

My head was hit into rocks several times falling off of my tube over a big waterfall while white water tubing. Now I am getting excruciating pain in my head when I lean forward.. I went to the ER and they did a cat scan but didn,t find anything serious..what can I take to relieve the pain ? All they gave me was a strong pain killer for my other bumps and bruises I sustained in the fall.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this was the head injury then in my opinion it should be tried with the steroid to reduce the edema inside the brain, and the best option is betamethasone tab in tapering dosage, take care and have a nice day.
