What Could Sex Mediated Anal Tear With Bleeding Signify?

Hi doctor, I have question regarding sex, during sex, my anus get tear and have blood coming out, but during intercourse I was not able to detect and some blood leaves in my wife vergin. Is it dangerous or may cause any deasis, please suggest any prevention or I need to consult doctors

Yes, it could be dangerous. Chances of infection in this depends upon you and your partner. If you have any blood related infection, then it could transmit to her. I think you should first yourself and your wife get investigated for any blood infection like hepatitis B, C, HIV or any STD and then consult a doctor according to report.
