What Could Sharp, Strong Pain Under Ribs Radiating To Back After Lifting Heavy Weight Mean?

Hi, I do have pain for 4 days left side under ribs travel pain reflect or radiatin to the back really sharp in some position ,I saw family Dr said is not shingles , give me strong pain pills. Question could be intercostal neuralgia, ligament (lifted some bags on saturday ) or my spleen , what test I should ask my Dr or go to ER

you should under go investigation. consult orthopaedic surgeon. investigation should be completed as per his advise.till your case is diagnosed do not lift heavy weight. Sleep in hard bed.
