What Could Swollen Lymph Nodes On Axilla With Chronic Reflux Disease Suggest?

I have swollen lymph nodes in left axilla. My mammo and US were unremarkable (h/o,fibrocystic breast ) 4 months ago. I now have increasing -intermittant midline abdominal pain & pressure that I attributed to my chronic reflux disease. no B symptoms... what do you think is going on ?

Hello!

Thank you for trusting HCM!

Axillary lymph nodes may drain from chest and abdominal wall. Any infection and inflammation may cause axillary lymphnode enlargement. Breast malignancy may Also leads to axillary lymphadenopathy. GERD won't cause axillary lymphnode enlargement. You may need lymph node biopsy. Use proton pump inhibitors for GERD. Please consult your surgeon.

He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
