What Could Tingling Sensations On Ears And Hands Suggest?
I recently began feeling waves of tingling sensations that have moved from my ears, left arm, both hands, both shin areas, and both feet. In my hands, it is accompanied by a painful burning sensation. There is a general numbness in my left arm and shoulder. The numbness will travel across my back from top to bottom and left to right. Any thoughts about these symptoms?
I have studied your case and I think you are having either cervical spondylitis with neck muscle spasm or vitamin b 12 deficiency.I would suggest you following. 1. X ray of the neck to confirm the diagnosis. 2. Intermittent cervical traction exercises . 3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily for one month. Should be taken at night time as it causes dizziness. 4. Do not use very high pillow. Do not keep neck in same position for long time. Also apply voletran ointment. Also you can apply hot water fomentation and muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz tablet. I would also recommend you to get serum B 12 estimation, if it is low than you will need to take Mrthylcobal injection. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is ay other followup questions. thanks
