What Could Worms In The Stool Suggest?

I am 18 years old, 5 feet and 2 inches and weigh 110 lbs. I've not had any problems with this before. I found what appears to be a worm in my stool today. It's stretchy. How do I know if it's a worm for certain? I have no symptoms. I have animals but they've all been wormed. I have no insurance. the health care in my town is expensive and typically ineffective. Is there a product I can buy to get rid of them. I do not have adequate funds for any medical examination. I would very much appreciate some advice

dear what is the colour of worm?is it white or silver colour? have you feeling abdomen pain??

dear Tablet Bandy plus (Albendazole and Ivermectin) 400 mg or tablet Albendazole 400 mg, to be taken once after dinner and same dose to be repeated after two weeks.but treatment may vary depending upon the what type of worm you have. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
