What Creams Can Be Used To Clear The Itchy Scaly Rashes On The Lower Legs?

I'm currently taking Multag for 'lone' Afib. I'm 58 and was diagnosed this past year. I've been taking it for about four months. I've started developing an itchy, scaly rash on both lower legs. What over the counter creams/medications can I use to clear this up. I frequently go to the gym and these areas are beginning to be more noticeable. Thanks,

You can use steroid cream like desonide.
This will control itch.
Also take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine.
