What Diet And Exercise Be Followed For Controlling The BP?

I am 50 years male from india. my weight is 67 kg , height is 162 cm. Usually my bp is arund 160/100. Now docter has advised me ecosprin 75 and amdep 40. Kindly advise line & duration of treatment. I raily walk for 45 minutes. and do some mild exercise. Why still my bp is high. Kindly advise. my email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Constant B.P may be due to the anxiety state, or habits of tobacco etc.The other reasons may be the genetic, fatty diet, etc.
Due to some reasons, some anti hypertensives may not be effective to some people, in that case the antihypertensive should be changed.
In resistant cases, i usually prescribe to my patient with such condition, anxiolytics during night.
Minimize taking salt, fats, and junk foods.
