What Diet Should I Consume To Maintain My Weight According To My Height And Age ?
I am 22yrs old 169cm and weigh 51kgs.. Lately i changed my gym so there has been slight change in my exercise regime however i still workout fr atleast 1hr, 4days a week and also i have begun intake of carbs twice a day which i earlier was not taking..however i keep a check on my calorie intake.. (varies from 1600 to 1900 .. But no junk) Cud this be the reason for my weight gain.. I have put on 2kgs, from 49kgs to 51kgs.. How can i eat but not put on weight?? Please help

hello... yes when you increase your caloric intake you tend to increase your weight.. also the change in your workout regime could be the reason as there could be less energy expenditure..all you need to do is eat small meals every 2-3 hours..fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites, chana kurmura as mid meals snacks..keep you dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish..avoid rotis/ rice at night..keep sipping water.. rest well..

Do not be more conscious about your weight at this age as you are perfectly alright.
If there is increase of wt still about 2-3 kg nothing to worry.
You take optimum carbohydrate and fat,
Take plenty of protein,more green veggies and fruits.
Continue exercise 4 days a week.

there will always be slight variation in your weight , nobody can keep it constant all the time.
your ideal weight should be 60-62 kg actually.but if you want to lose little weight ill give you some tips to make diet chart which you can make on your likes and dislikes so its easier to follow.
