Hi,
I have gone through your query and here are your answers: 1. The ultrasonogram picture is suggestive of a non-pregnant and perhaps, non-ovulatory state. 2. The uterine cavity is empty. If you were pregnant, the gestation sac would be visible by now. 3. The presence of free fluid in the pouch of Douglas suggests ovulation and since this is not observed, anovulatory cycle is a possibility. 4. The right ovary is slightly on the higher side in size. This may or may not be significant. You can wait for a natural onset of periods for a week, repeat the sonogram and plan further management. Hope this helps.
