genital ulcer with green pus is a cause to worry as you require antibiotic treatment.genital ulcer is mostly signof a sexually transmitted disease (STD) & green pus most of the time is due to Pseudomonas infection (bacterial infection) .Please see a doctor or specialist at earliest.
