What Does A Painful Mass On The Chest Indicate?

I have a mass visible on my chest. Soft to the touch painful to the touch. It starts at the bottom of my Brest bone and feels like it runs along my ribs. When touch I start to feel nauseous and a little acid reflex. I also feel full of gas. Started to get bad last night and getting worse.

Since when you're having painful mass? Where it is situated? Possible causes from your description is epigastric hernia or lipoma of chest wall. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Other possibilities like dermoid cyst or bone tumors or malignancy like Chronfro or osteosarcoma or cold abscess drain along ribs, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
