What Does A Rash From Vagina To The Anus Indicate?

Hi I have been batteling with my problem for weeks now. I have a very very bad rash that extends from my virgina all the way to my anus. It is seriously itchy. It is very very raw. It does not have any odor but I have a bad watery discharge with light blood. Please help me figure this out.

There is nothing much to worry about this condition. I think that this condition can be due to local infection, an antibiotics course will be required along with analgesics.
