General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to eczema. A photo would be very helpful through the diagnosis. I recommend using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
