What Does Albumin-nil And Spermatozoa-present In Urinalysis Suggest?

i have done urine routine checking and result is as Color : pale yellow, appearance : clear , ph : 6.0, albumin : nil, sugar : nil , pus cell : 0-2 , RBC : 0-1 , epithelial cells: occasional , mucus : occasional strands bacteria : nil , cast : nil, crystals : nil , and finally mentioned in the report spermatozoa present .. is it good for my health . i m 32 and married , is it effect my sex life , please suggest

Hi,

Everything is fine, albumin-nil simply means that there is no protein leaking from your kidneys. Spermatozoa in urine microscopy is also perfectly normal.
